How to return your MAG BAG

Email us at info@magbagoriginal.com with your order number.
You'll find it in your order confirmation. Subject line: "Return — #1234" -
We reply within 24 hours with the return address and a quick reminder: the bag must be blank.
Small team, human reply — not a bot. -
Ship it back. Returns from NL cost about €5 via PostNL, at your expense. Keep your tracking code.
International returns vary — we'll confirm costs when you email. - Refund lands within 5 working days after we receive and inspect the bag. Money goes back to your original payment method.
Already ordered? Your confirmation email includes the return address. No need to wait for a reply — just ship it back and email us the tracking code.
The blank-bag rule
Try the bag. Feel the material. Inspect every seam. Just don't draw on it unless you're keeping it.
Once you've drawn, written, or marked on the bag, it's personalised — and personalised products can't be returned. That's the deal, and it's why every MAG BAG that ships is unmistakably its owner's.

What if the bag arrives damaged?
Email us within 48 hours with a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund — return shipping on us.
What about the free chalk?
If the chalk is unopened, include it in the return. If it's opened, don't worry — we only refund the bag.
How long do refunds take?
Within 5 working days after we receive and inspect the bag. Money goes back to your original payment method.
Can I exchange instead?
Email us. If the bag is blank, we'll sort it. Exchanges work the same as returns — ship the old one back first.
